Proposed Metrics

Work in progress. This folder is part of a proposed document structure; it does not assign an official status to existing metric discussions.

No metric definitions have been added here yet. The intention is to keep one document per proposed metric, with its definition, evidence requirements and discussion link.

See the draft metrics overview and draft development process.
