The GovOps Thesis

This section explains the core proposal of the GovOps framework as a solution to the problems outlined in ../problem/README.md and the gaps described in ../why-existing-approaches-fall-short/README.md.

• solution-overview.md — the capability-centric solution, why a capability beats identity or role as the unit of governance, and how one capability-anchored record serves multiple business functions at once.
• ../architectural-principles.md — the four GovOps principles that follow from this thesis, and the design rules that apply them.
